I ordered more Chaga from a guy I met in Maine two years ago. He harvests in sustained and sacred manner. He hand grinds the hard Chaga pieces and patiently lets them age and dry completely. Apparently if you rush the process, like the commercial harvesters do, it molds. I bought extra and will offer it in 1/4 lb size too.

I wanted to make a simple and yet very healthy blend. It is simply delish, a rich yet not overpowering flavor.
